Wow, I am amazed on how many people’s monitor didn’t work properly. I had absolutely no problems with set up, readings, or uploading the information online. My blood pressure was really high and I wanted to keep an eye on it so my doctor could see patterns with my readings so this was perfect. It wasn’t too expensive, easy to use, and had settings for two people. My unit wasn’t cracked or broken in anyway and worked right out of the box. I am very pleased with my unit and will continue to use it each and everyday.

I’d like to be able to provide a better review, but I just got my Prevention Ultima monitor yesterday and it doesn’t work. The unit powers up like it’s supposed to, but when I go to take a reading the pump starts up but the cuff doesn’t inflate. About 5 seconds later I get the error code that indicates the hose isn’t inserted properly. Countless unplugging and re-inserting the cuff to the monitor gets the same results. My biggest peeve is that I have to send the unit back to the manufacturer, at my cost, for them to replace this under warranty. Suck city.
