Microsoft Electronic Entertainment Expo 2009 has revealed a name change of the 3rd series of Halo video game. Microsoft E3 2009 press conference announced Halo 3: ODST (Orbital Drop Shock Trooper) as the new name replacing Halo 3: Recon. Halo 3: ODST will be released on September 22, 2009 so you could enjoy it on your Xbox 360. So watch out Bungie’s Halo fanatics! Halo 3: ODST will feature a new level of fun.

Halo 3: ODST differs from the previous Halo video games. In Halo 3: ODST, the role played is a United Nations Space Command soldier instead of a Master Chief. Halo 3: ODST’s UNSC soldier/Orbital Drop Shock Trooper is more vulnerable to enemy attacks. So in Halo 3: ODST players must be more cautious. Well, that all adds up to the excitement of the game.
