Bionic Commando 2009 is among many versions of Bionic Commando video game. It is actually the 6th game following the first Bionic Commando arcade game. This time, the 2009 version was developed by GRIN for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Windows (PC). Bionic Commando 2009 was designed by Ulf Andersson and published by Capcom. It is a direct sequel of Bionic Commando Rearmed released in August 2008. The game can be played in single-player or multi-player mode.

Bionic Commando 2009 Xbox 360 and PS3 versions were released in North America last May 19, 2009. While 2009 Bionic Commando PC version was recently released in Europe this July 17, 2009 and soon to be available in the US this coming July 28, 2009.
