Very poorly designed device. Not recommended.
I just received the CH-4300 and one of the plastic pieces inside was broken. Two days later, the machine no longer brews. I turn the power on (it lights up) with water in it and nothing happens. Finally, the cup selector switch never “clicks” in place on the right side, so I can’t brew a single cup on that side, only on left.

I’m having the same problem after only using it two or three times. Power is on but nothing is happening.
