where do i find a sd card mine did not have
An elderly friend purchased one off the shopping channel as a Christmas gift for me. I truly do appreciate what she did (she is a wonderful woman with a heart of platinum), but I have an overwhelming feeling she got ripped off. I know she only paid around $30-40 dollars for it. The item is very poor quality. The pictures and the video come out very dark and grainy (yes, I removed plastic protection off lens). The suggested retail price was around $140.00 ( who decided that? ). The item is a piece of junk and only worth $9.99 max and most of that value is for the box it came in. I doubt I’ll be buying anything from Sylvania soon. They should be embarrassed to sell an item like this.
It’s crapped like this that is harmful to our environment. I wouldn’t doubt most of them end up in the garbage in a few months. Shame on Sylvania and the shopping channel that sold them..
These things are the biggest pile I have ever wasted my money on. We bought 4 to give to our kids for Christmas and all 4 are JUNK!!!! Do not buy!!!!!

Mine lost quality after about a month–the screen stays fuzzy now– no picture what so ever now!!
I agree with all of the above. I also bought it on a Shoping Channel and it is inded a piece of junk. Someone should start a class action law suite against Sylvania for selling this piece of junk and claiming that it was an excellent Camera.
My daughter has been using this for a year and loves it. All of the sudden it went black and new batteries or anyelse else will make it work. Please advise. 918-208-7799
